Flashpoint Memories (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates flashpointmemories.com and provides photography services in Orlando, Florida. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you book a session, submit an inquiry form, or make a purchase, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event details, and payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers).
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and deliver photography services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, respond to inquiries, process payments, and, if you have opted in, send occasional marketing messages about our services.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we send appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional promotional offers by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (scheduling, payment processing, email delivery), and only as needed to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or contact us to access or delete your information.
