These terms govern your use of flashpointmemories.com and the booking of photography services from Flashpoint Memories (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Services and bookings
Session details, coverage windows, and deliverables are as described at booking or in your written agreement. Bookings are confirmed once payment (or a signed agreement for invoiced corporate work) is received. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session length.
Payments and refunds
Prices are as listed at checkout or on your invoice. Pop-up and portrait session payments are due at booking. Corporate event work is invoiced per the terms on the invoice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible; refunds and rescheduling for event-day sessions are handled case by case given the fixed nature of event dates.
Image delivery and usage
Edited images are delivered digitally within the timeframe stated for your session. We retain copyright in the images and grant you a personal or business license to use your delivered images. We may use selected images for our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.
Text messaging program
By opting in via our booking forms, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional marketing messages by SMS from Flashpoint Memories. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use our content or delivered images beyond the license granted.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
